Privacy Policy
This policy explains the main types of data ChristianTok stores and why it is used.
What ChristianTok stores
ChristianTok stores account details through Supabase Auth and product data such as saved learning sessions, notes, prayers, practices, library items, completion state, submitted prayer intentions, prayer notes, moderation status, and achievement progress.
Prayer room and moderation data
Prayer intentions and notes may store category, title, body, visibility, prayer counts, comments, moderation status, moderation reason, and timestamps. Automated moderation may process the text to decide whether it can be approved, rejected, or held for human review.
Supporter membership and payments
PayPal handles payment details. ChristianTok stores supporter membership metadata needed for records and supporter status, such as product, tier, status, billing interval, provider, subscription id, period dates, and cancellation status. Full card or PayPal payment credentials are not stored by ChristianTok.
Support tickets
Contact form submissions are stored as support tickets with product, email address, category, subject, message, status, and optional account id. This allows support and moderation concerns to be reviewed without separate public inboxes.
Cookies and local device storage
ChristianTok may use essential cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, session handling, and basic app operation. If analytics, advertising, or non-essential tracking is added later, this policy should be updated and consent controls added where required.
Service providers
ChristianTok may rely on providers such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, PayPal for payments, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and AI providers for moderation safety checks. These services process data only as needed to provide the app.
Retention and rights
Data is kept while needed for account access, saved learning, prayer room safety, support, accounting, or legal reasons. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data through the contact form, although some records may need to be retained for safety, billing, or legal purposes.
